Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
